Tee Time Cancellation, No-Show and Weather Policy

No rain checks or discretionary replacement rounds

Greenfield Lakes does not issue rain checks, replacement rounds or discretionary credits for a player's cancellation, no-show, late arrival, unused holes or decision to stop playing. While the course remains open and the reserved round is available, rain, heat, wind, forecast conditions or a player's decision not to play do not create an entitlement to a refund, credit, rescheduled round or rain check.

Cancellation, reduced group size and no-shows

24-hour cancellation deadline: For direct tee-time reservations made after this update is published, cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled tee time and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. The deadline is measured using Arizona time. Cancellations received at least 24 hours before tee-off remain subject to the purchased rate's cancellation and refund terms; timely notice does not make a non-refundable rate refundable. The booking-provider protections, course-closure remedies and other exceptions stated below remain in effect.

For a direct reservation sold and disclosed as non-refundable, payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date unless the booking terms expressly provide otherwise. The same disclosed terms apply when a player cancels, fails to arrive, arrives too late to use the reserved time or reduces the number of reserved players. Any additional no-show or cancellation charge must be supported by the terms and payment authorization disclosed and accepted for that reservation.

Contact the Golf Shop promptly if you cannot attend. A cancellation request or notice does not, by itself, authorize a refund, rain check or replacement time. Do not assume a voicemail, email or requested change has been accepted without confirmation.

GolfNow, Hot Deals and other booking providers

Reservations purchased through GolfNow, Hot Deals, TeeOff or another booking provider are also subject to the specific rate, cancellation and refund terms displayed by that provider when the reservation was purchased. Provider-administered cancellation benefits, eligible membership protections and credits remain governed by those terms. This policy does not remove benefits expressly included in the purchased reservation. Contact the original booking provider about provider-collected payments or benefits. The Golf Shop cannot promise a provider refund or convert a provider credit into a course rain check.

Course closure and safety

Follow staff directions and stop play whenever conditions are unsafe. Never continue playing in unsafe conditions to preserve a payment. If Greenfield Lakes closes the course or cannot provide the purchased service, any remedy required by applicable law or the terms accepted at booking remains available. This policy does not limit those rights.

Which terms control

The specific terms disclosed and accepted for a reservation, including any written exception issued by an authorized manager, control if they differ from this general policy. Nothing on this page waives a customer's non-waivable rights or creates retroactive consent to a new term.
