Greenfield Lakes Golf Course
2484 E. Warner Road, Gilbert, AZ 85296.
What is the format?
A two-man scramble on the front nine holes. Both partners hit, the team selects the shot to play from, and both play from that location. Repeat until the ball is holed and record one team score per hole. Event-specific rules will be provided before play.
How much is registration?
$49.99 per player or $99.98 per twosome, with a shared riding cart included. The field is limited to 40 golfers / 20 teams. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
How do we enter our team name?
Choose Twosome — 2 Players, complete both player records and enter the same team name for both players. Quantity 1 of the twosome option registers two golfers.
Can I enter without a partner?
Yes. Choose Single Player and leave the preferred-partner request blank to be paired. If your partner registers separately, both players should enter each other's names in the partner-request field. Staff will review requests and finalize teams.
Where will we start?
Starting groups are assigned randomly across holes 1, 2, 3A, 3B, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Each group has two twosomes, four golfers and two carts. Hole 3 has two groups, 3A and 3B, with eight golfers and four carts total.
Is a cart included?
Yes. Your entry includes a shared riding cart. Physical cart numbers are pending and will be provided once assigned.
When will we receive final instructions?
Final instructions will be sent November 19, two days before the event. These will include your team and starting assignment, arrival details and any final event updates.
What can we win?
Prizes for first, second and third place, plus closest-to-the-pin and longest-putt contests. Specific prize items and contest locations will be announced by event staff.
Is food included?
A food truck will be onsite. Food is purchased separately and is not included in your tournament entry.
What happens after payment?
You will receive a Shopify order confirmation and an event ticket email. Keep your confirmation handy for check-in. Check your spam folder if an email is missing. Contact the Golf Shop with your order number if you need help.
What should I bring?
Your golf clubs, balls, appropriate golf attire and your registration confirmation. Check-in opens at 6:30 a.m. All players must be checked in and ready in their carts by 7:00 a.m. at the latest. Shotgun play begins at 7:15 a.m.
Can I change a player?
Player substitutions are allowed at no extra charge before play begins. Notify the Golf Shop so your roster and team can be updated. If only one player on a twosome cancels, the cancellation policy applies to that player's entry.
